About the Role

Our Consulting team works closely with our clients to deliver transformational change, program assurance, performance improvement and technology solutions across financial services, retail, healthcare, public sector and numerous other industries. Our technology advisory practice is focused on enabling business change through digital transformation, automation, analytics, cloud and security.


We are looking for a Senior Associate who shares our passion for our clients and our culture. To have an impact on our client’s businesses you will:

  • Understand clients operating environment and apply specialist knowledge and management consulting skills to identify opportunities and provide real-world solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Actively engage with our clients, building rapport, facilitating change, providing guidance and developing trust to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to commercial problem solving through analysis, critical thinking and logical reasoning
  • Present outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders, to influence decision-making
  • Deliver and implement approved recommendations
  • Review and quality check findings and recommendations in the context of the client’s broader business environment

Skills and Experience

You’ll be driven, agile, responsive and most importantly you will bring a thirst for learning. This role will suit a team-oriented professional with the following:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an business analyst role, in an advisory or consulting context
  • Good understanding of business drivers, process improvement and the application of technology solutions
  • Experience working on digital transformation major change initiatives
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills as well as a love of data
  • A focus on outcomes with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Natural communicator with the ability to present to clients
  • Ability to engage with clients and diverse stakeholder groups across all levels of a client’s businesses
  • A genuine desire to work with others in a dynamic consulting environment
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Science or Commerce preferred
