About this role
A position has become available for a motivated Team Assistant with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to support the Office Services team. Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, working part-time (3 days per week) in our Perth office.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role, with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- Greet clients and visitors
- Handle ingoing and outgoing phone calls
- Manage room bookings in Outlook calendar
- Assist with setup and packdown of meeting rooms
- Assist with ordering catering, service of catering, and client refreshments
- Support Office Manager with co-ordination of functions and events
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
Skills and experience
- Agile and responsive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and basic Excel
Previous experience in a corporate environment or a hospitality background would be advantageous.
