About this role

As a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Business Partner in our People and Culture (P&C) team, you will act as a liaison between the P&C team and the Digital team to ensure the effective implementation and management of the HR information system (Workday). This role involves analyzing HR and ICT processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a P&C support specialist for the Workday platform, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for HR related systems, working closely with the P&C team to understand their needs and implement appropriate ICT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the wider Digital team to integrate Workday and HR systems with other digital initiatives.
  • In collaboration with our Digital Training team, you will be involved in training end-users on how to use the Workday platform effectively and provide ongoing support.
  • Continually improve systems and processes, leveraging the capabilities of the Workday platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Workday.
  • Generate and analyse reports from HR information systems to support decision-making.

 

Skills & experience

  • Formal qualifications in Information Systems or relevant vendor certifications.
  • Previous experience as an HRIS Analyst with Workday.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or partnership model environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
