About this role

Our Sustainability Reporting team works proactively with our business and our clients in the application of sustainability reporting standards, including the ASRS, IFRS SDS, CSRD/ESRS and other associated local and international legal and regulatory requirements.

We have the opportunity for a manager to support our growing team. This role will provide high-quality advice to our clients who are preparing for incoming sustainability reporting in Australia and internationally, with particular focus on the areas of greenhouse gas emissions accounting and climate-related scenario analysis.

Support our clients to meet their sustainability objectives by:

Key responsibilities

  • Designing and facilitating client workshops and managing client engagements in relation to sustainability reporting to meet the requirements of the Corporations Act and client needs.
  • Collaborating with the Sustainability Reporting team to assist in the development and delivery of technical training and tools based on business and client needs.
  • Contributing to technical publications in the areas of greenhouse gas emissions accounting and climate-related scenario analysis

Skills & experience

  • Knowledge and practical experience with greenhouse gas emissions accounting (Scopes 1 -3) using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (ideally 3 – 5 years).
  • Knowledge and practical experience with climate-related scenario analysis, including the use, application, and interpretation of tools and models for assessing climate-related physical and transition risks.
  • Familiarity with climate reporting frameworks or standards such as TCFD, IFRS SDS, or AASB S2.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrating an ability to engage with clients at an appropriate level for their knowledge base through presentations, workshops and discussions.
  • Outstanding project and time management skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
