About this role

Be an integral part of our Brisbane office support team working alongside the Executive assistants to provide varied administrative tasks. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 20 hours a week across 4 days.

Key responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of the administration inbox to ensure timely assistance is provided to the team
  • Preparing, formatting and collating documentation to ensure consistency with the GT brand
  • Database and system management such as setting up new matter codes in Salesforce and ensuring client information is up to date as required
  • Assisting with the client take on process including undertaking background searches and conflict checks
  • Organising team events
  • Expense management
  • Assisting with the bank confirmations process using an online portal
  • Organising meetings including room bookings when required
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

Skills & experience

  • At least 6-12 months administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive and positive approach to work demonstrating initiative
  • Takes ownership of work and responsibility for personal performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
