About this role

Looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Private Advisory Team in Sydney.

Understanding how to grow our clients’ business means you will get involved a broad range of activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio offering a variety of international clients, corporate and privately owned businesses and collaborating with the teams across the firm
  • Build close working relationships with our clients to provide proactive solutions
  • Develop and implement commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals
  • Develop and inspire a team consisting of associates and senior associates
  • Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and build the specialisation you wish to develop

Skills & experience

  • Proven professional experience in a CA environment
  • CA/CPA Qualified with a solid base Finance degree or similar
  • Experience in leading the delivery of high quality and robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
  • Demonstrated flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
