About the Role

Our Consulting team delivers a broad range of tailored solutions to support our clients identify opportunities, deliver results, minimise costs, manage risk, improve performance, and leverage both talent and technology.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for our clients and culture and make an impact by:

  • Understand clients’ businesses and apply specialist knowledge and management consulting skills to diagnose client issues and provide solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Actively engage the client, building rapport, providing guidance and developing trust to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to commercial problem solving through analysis, critical thinking and logical reasoning
  • Present outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders, to influence decision-making
  • Deliver and implement approved recommendations
  • Review and quality check findings and recommendations in the context of the client’s broader business environment

Skills and Experience

You’ll be agile, responsive and most importantly you will bring a thirst for learning. This role will suit a results driven, team orientated professional with the following:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an advisory, project management or business partnering role
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business financials and operations
  • Ability to engage with clients and diverse stakeholder groups across all levels of a client’s businesses
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong output focus with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A genuine desire to work with others in a dynamic consulting environment
  • Tertiary qualification

  • The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 inclusive of superannuation, commensurate with experience
